1. QDH3 Hash #463 on Sat, 19 Dec 2015 这次Hash活动得报名

Hashers: Please join us for our fantastic annual QDH3 Christmas Hash event this Saturday afternoon!


We will meet at 1pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (see location and map link below) 本周六（12月19日）在颐中皇冠假日酒店的大堂下午1点钟见面 in the main lobby entrance area. The Hare promises a beautiful Hash run/hike in the quiet back streets, coastal boardwalks, hills and parks of a scenic area of Qingdao. Forget your busy city life for a while.  :)

Date: Saturday, 19 December

Meeting time:

1. 1pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel lobby to catch a bus to the start point. About 10mins. Have a chat to the other Hashers on your way to the Hash #463 Start Point. Be social!!!  :)

Hash type: A to A  (i.e. the Hash will start and finish at the same place - leave a bag at the start point)

Hash trail length: Runner's ~14km and Walkers ~11km

Details:
Meet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel lobby at 1pm. QDH3 (bus guide) leaders will meet you there. Arrive at Crowne by 1.10pm at the latest!!! Please don't be late!

Make sure you have an early lunch.

Alternative meeting point ... will not be given this time! We want everyone to come to our main meeting point at Crowne Plaza Hotel. We'll go to the nearby start point together and all wearing our Christmas Hashing gear!!!  ;)

Cost: 10 RMB (includes some beer and the Hash trail) - does NOT include dinner.

Dinner: The Lead Hare has arranged for a delicious Chinese dinner in a local restaurant for those who wish to stay for dinner. Usually most people do. This is a separate cost, usually only about 40 - 60rmb per person.

4. Hash #462 Re-Hash Report 上次Hash报告 - Sat, 12 Dec 2015

The Lead Hare was Silent But Deadly (Ken), and he was helped by Co-Hare, Sweet F.A. (Tim).  ;)

This Hash was subtitled the "Living It Up In Licun" Hash. And, Lead Hare, Silent But Deadly, really made sure the Hashers got to see a lot of fantastic Qingdao Licun scenery!

There was a great crowd of Hashers along for this scenic Hash in the northern Licun Park area. We found many nice sights and scenic areas along this trail.

The Hashers were mostly old hands, but we had one Hash Virgin along and another 2nd timer. Unfortunately, they made a couple of wrong turns (and didn't follow the Hash instructions to wait at the Open Checks!!!) and they got left behind a bit... Happily and surprisingly, part way through the Circle they made it back to HOME alive and in one piece. Well done!

I think we scared off the tee-totalling Hash Virgin though...   :(

The Hash trail was followed by a fun Circle and a very tasty Bash (dinner).

We all think that this might have been the BEST HASH EVER!!!  :)   Don't miss the next one!

All in all it was another super Qingdao Hash! Don't miss out next time we Hash in this fun Hashing area!!!

6. Receding Hareline 未来的Hash活动表 - A list of future Hashes and Hares - Wanna be a Hare 怎么当兔子?  :)

If you would like to be a Lead Hare (主任兔子 - plan a Hash trail about 2 weeks before the Hash) or a Co-Hare (帮手兔子 - help carry flour and set the Hash trail on the day of the Hash), then let the Hare Razor (me, aka Sweet FA) know and we'll work out a date for you to set a trail. If you are flexible with your date, then that's even better.

Remember, Hares Hash for FREE!!!  Yay!!!  (The Bash dinner is still extra though...)    ;)

Setting trails is fun and you get a great feeling leading all the Hashers for an enjoyable Hash run or walk. See the Hare's Hash Trail Basics Guide here.

For new Hares, it might look a bit complicated, but it's really not hard at all.  :)  Just volunteer  to Co-Hare with an experienced Lead Hare one or two or three times and then you'll be able to do the Lead Hare job easily in future too!
