A few early
registrants reported problems with the registration form not being
processed. I think the problems have now been fixed.
But, if you don't get a registration processed confirmation screen,
then scroll up and see if there's an error message around one of your
responses. If it's a compulsory field, then you must give some
information. If it's a text box, then add something extra to the end of
your real answer. e.g. a 1 or an x or a dot . The system might not let you have the exact same text as any other person.

Meeting
time at the central meeting point (see detailed address location below) for the Event Check-in on Thursday, 15 Sep, (Day 1) is from 2pm to 3.30pm. On bus for
the Day 1 Full Moon Night Hash might be 30 minutes after that. i.e. On Bus at about 4pm
Basically, on Day 1, if you plan to arrive at the central meeting point by
3.30pm (or 4pm at the latest), then you definitely won't miss anything. But, arrive earlier and
you can enjoy some extra beers and chit chat with the locals and visitors during Check-in first!
We aim to
finish the Bash lunch on Saturday, 17 Sep, (Day 3) by 3pm at the latest. However, we also don't want to
drag everyone out of bed too early for the Day 3 Hangover/Recovery
Hash. ;)
4. Check-in location and daily Central Bus Meeting Point
On Day 1 for Check-in and before each Hash we will all meet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel to catch a bus to the Hash Start Point.
The specific place in the hotel for QDH3 Hash #500 Day 1 Check-in will be in the Basement 2 Meeting Hall.

Crowne Plaza Hotel
is in the central part of the southern coastline of Qingdao and is 10 -
20 minutes walk from numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. It's just 2
blocks north-east of the Qingdao Marina area too.
Depending on traffic the Crowne Plaza Hotel is 70 - 100 minutes from the airport and 30 - 50 minutes from both train stations.
Several Hashers have already booked rooms there at the special Hashers Holiday room rate deal price from our friends at Crowne Plaza Hotel.
It's their Superior Room with 2 breakfasts and all taxes and fees included for 600rmb/night.
Checking C-trip, it seems like this is a much better deal than the
C-trip site offers especially considering the free breakfasts!

5. Disclaimer / Waiver
While the QDH3 Hash #500 Hares
and Organisers will do their best to ensure a safe and enjoyable
experience for all, the Qingdao Hash trails may not suitable for those
who are very out of shape, with serious diagnosed (or undiagnosed) health issues.
The QDH3 Hash #500 Runners and Walkers Hash trails may be set on mountain paths, footpaths, roads, boardwalks, beaches,
and rocks, and all Hashers should be aware of, and beware of, natural
and unnatural hazards along the way. Where possible, Easy and Hard
trail options and Runners (Long) and Walkers (Short) trail options will be offered.
Proper footwear and clothing suitable for hiking/running should be worn. It is also recommended that you carry plenty of water (which will be provided - Beer stops will also provide water) and a mobile phone in case of need.
The QDH3 Hash #500 Event WeChat group and daily Hash emergency contact
number will be provided at Check-in. These are necessary especially if
you are too busy chatting to correctly follow the flour trails laid
perfectly adequately by the Hares.
Children under 15 years old may only participate if under the care and
attention of a parent or parentally approved guardian AT ALL TIMES.
Youth from 15 - 18 years old may participate if they have the proven
agreement of their parents.
You may be asked to sign a waiver form at Check-in. While the Hares and other unpaid organizers will
do their best to avoid many of the hazards, anyone participating agrees that
they are responsible for themselves and have adequate health insurance
to cover any eventuality.
6. What to do & Where to go in Qingdao??? - NEW.
If you want a good feed, then we recommend the Cafe Asia Buffet (all day from 6.30am) or the Murano Italian Restaurant, both at Crowne Plaza Hotel.
