Starting on Saturday, 16 April 2016, the QDH3 has a new Hash fee of 20rmb per Hasher!
从4月16日开始参加Hash消费变成每位20人民币!

This is the first increase in the QDH3 Hash fee since QDH3 was formed in August 2003!!!
这是这13年内第一次增加Hash消费。

Proceeds from the new Hash fee will be distributed to benefit Hares more. There will also be Hasher Awards in future too.

QDH3 Hash #483 （这次Hash） on Sat, 14 May, will be a fun Shakin' it in ShiMeiAn Hash with a great Hash trail to be set by Lead Hare, Sweet F.A. (Tim), and Co-Hare, Facial (Mimi).

This will be a great trail mostly through the scenic hills and forests of the ShiMeiAn Park (十梅庵风景区) area of Qingdao's LiCang District. Alcoholics GIF

Please join us for our next QDH3 Mismanagement Committee monthly meeting. 请大家参加我们青岛Hash俱乐部下次会议。

The date and location will be announced later. The meeting should last about 2 hours.

Besides general Qingdao Hash chatter, we want to organise and plan ahead for our QDH3 Hash Birthday and especially the QDH3 Hash #500 3-day event and lots of other exciting stuff !!!

1. QDH3 Hash #483 这次Hash活动 19th Hash of 2016 in the ShiMeiAn (十梅庵风景区) Forest Park hills area on Sat, 14 May 2016

For the 19th Hash of 2016 the Hare/s will give us The Shakin' it in ShiMeiAn Hash. :)

If you want to be a Co-Hare (or Lead Hare) at a future Hash, then please talk to the Hare Razor, Sweet F.A., to arrange a date.

Hashers: Please join us for the next great 2016 Hash run or walk this weekend We will meet at 2pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (see location and map link below) in the main lobby entrance area then catch a bus to the Hash start point. The Hare promises a beautiful Hash run in the quiet back streets, forests, coastal boardwalks, hills and/or parks of a scenic area of Qingdao. Forget your busy city life for a while. :)

Date: Saturday, 14 May

Hashing area: Scenic parks and quiet back streets of the south-west Laoshan hills area of Qingdao. Expect great views of the beach, especially up on the runners trail!

Meeting time/s: 2 Choices alcoholics

1. 2pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel lobby to catch a bus to the start point. About 40mins.

You can also take a 503 bus (heading east and north 16 bus stops) from just outside Crowne Plaza Hotel to XiaWangBuCunBei Bus Stop (下王埠村北站 ).

2. 3.30pm at the Hash start point at the WangBu Hotel Restaurant (near the JuFengLu-FuYunLu Bus Stop (巨峰路富蕴路站)).
This info is given ONLY for those who really REALLY can't get to our main Hash meeting point at Crowne Plaza Hotel. Or, those who would have to pass the starting point to get to Crowne Plaza Hotel, of course you can go directly to the start point too. :)

Hash Start point - WangBu Hotel Restaurant

Hash type: A to A
i.e. If it's an A to A Hash trail, then the start and finish points are in the same place. So, you can leave a bag at the start point.

If it's an A to B Hash trail, then the start and finish points are in different places. So, you should pack lightly and carry your bag. But, sometimes the Hare (trail setter) will organise to store your bag or take it to the end point for you.

Hash trail length: Not quite certain, but probably, Runners ~9-12km and Walkers ~7-10km.

Details:
Meet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel lobby at 2.00pm. QDH3 leaders will meet you there. Arrive at Crowne by 2.10pm at the latest!!! Then we'll catch a bus to the Hash Start Point about 75 minutes away. Please don't be late!

Make sure you have an early lunch.

Alternative meeting point (Hash starting point) and time (3.30pm) is given above ONLY for those who really REALLY can't get to our main meeting point at Crowne Plaza Hotel. I know I might be expecting too much from Hashers... :O but being a lazy, slack, tardy Hasher is NOT a good reason! ;)

Cost: 20 RMB (includes some beer, water and the Hash trail) - does NOT include dinner. NOTE: Our new Hash fee of 20rmb started with Hash #479!

Dinner: The Lead Hare has arranged for a delicious Chinese dinner in a local restaurant for those who wish to stay for dinner. Usually most people do. This is a separate cost, usually only about 40 - 60rmb per person.

6. Receding Hareline 未来的Hash活动表 - A list of future Hashes and Hares - Wanna be a Hare 怎么当兔子? :)

If you would like to be a Lead Hare (主任兔子 - plan a Hash trail about 2 weeks before the Hash) or a Co-Hare (帮手兔子 - help carry flour and set the Hash trail on the day of the Hash), then let the Hare Razor (me, aka Sweet FA) know and we'll work out a date for you to set a trail. If you are flexible with your date, then that's even better.

新兔子学习当Hash兔子不是很难。只要两三次志愿当帮手兔子支持主任兔子。当天的兔子免费参加我们的Hash活动（不包括晚餐）。

Remember, Hares Hash for FREE!!! Yay!!! (The Bash dinner is still extra though...) ;)

Setting trails is fun and you get a great feeling leading all the Hashers for an enjoyable Hash run or walk. See the Hare's Hash Trail Basics Guide here.

For new Hares, it might look a bit complicated, but it's really not hard at all. :) Just volunteer to Co-Hare with an experienced Lead Hare one or two or three times and then you'll be able to do the Lead Hare job easily in future too!
